Workday AMS ConsultantContract-to-Permanent | Fully Remote (Europe)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end Workday AMS support across configuration, incidents, and enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical Workday issues.Manage and deliver small-to-medium Workday enhancements and change requests.Support Workday releases, regression testing, and impact analysis.Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, and organisational structures.Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.Support integrations monitoring, data loads, and EIB troubleshooting.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to improve system performance and user experience.Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and HRIS best practices.Required Experience3+ years of Workday AMS, HRIS support, or Workday functional consulting experience.Strong hands-on experience supporting Workday in a production environment.Solid understanding of HR processes and Workday configuration.Experience managing tickets, enhancements, and small-scale Workday changes.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.Experience working in global or multi-country environments.Technical StackWorkday: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Payroll (preferred), Business Process Framework, Security, Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, EIB, Workday Inbox, Workday Releases.Integrations & Data: Core Connectors, Workday Studio (desirable), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, JSON, Data Loads, Data Validation.Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Advanced Excel, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
