We’re looking for a Practice Leader to lead and scale our Data, Advanced Analytics & Application Engineering business unit, working under the leadership and guidance of our Chief Data & Technology Officer.This is an opportunity to operate like the owner of your own business unit and sit at the intersection of: technical mastery, revenue acquisition, delivery leadership, client expansion, and portfolio shaping.One hour you may be shaping a data modernization roadmap for an enterprise client. The next, helping close an application engineering deal. Then, shifting to refine the strategic direction of your practice portfolio. This role breaks down approximately to: 40% presales and solutioning; 30% delivery and engagement leadership; 15-20% billable on strategic engagements; 5-10% practice growth and repeatable offerings; and 5% brand & market presence.More specifically you will:Strong point of view to co-engineer and implement modern data modernization, application development, and processes and workflows that are influenced or driven by MLOps and AI models.Leverage your dependable delivery background to bring past clients over to service as new clients for your Data, Advanced Analytics & Application Engineering practiceAccelerate the impact our sales journey by partnering with our sales team end-to-end — from conducting initial discovery sessions to leading needs analysis to scoping engagements to proposing to our clientsServe as a primary engagement lead for select project-based engagements that include milestone-based work, assessments, report outs, deliverable presentations, etc.Manage delivery teams for your business unit, maximizing project profitability, superior delivery, and the wow experienceSupport our Technical Solutions Specialists in the vetting, onboarding, and supervision of our extended Consultant workforceBe a technical brand ambassador for our practice, regularly speaking and attending target events, leveraging your social media, and identifying ways for us to expand our reachRefine and shape our points of view by lending your insight into assets that support the sales journey — e.g. PPTs, SOWs, storyboards, and presentations that articulate our service’s vision, impact, and unique methodologyMaintain your domain expertise and relevancy, regularly attending best-of-breed conferences, staying current on the latest Data Estate & Application Engineering advancements, participating in online forums, etc.Who Thrives HereThis role is for a rare type of leader: someone equally energized by growth conversations, technical problem-solving, and building something meaningful.
