This is integration.Role DescriptionIf you close $1K–$5K sponsorship deals consistently and know how to land $5K–$50K+ partnerships — and you want to represent something people actually show up for — this is your lane.At Street Level One, we don't sell ads. We plug brands directly into culture, community, and high-energy live environments where audiences aren't scrolling past — they're standing in front of it.What You'll DoClose high-ticket sponsorship deals averaging $5K–$25K+, alongside local brand packages in the $1K–$5K rangeSell custom brand activations, VIP/hospitality experiences, and digital + physical ad packagesBuild long-term brand partnerships — not one-off transactions — with marketing directors, owners, and agenciesPresent tailored solutions backed by real audience data and engagement metrics (we provide everything you need)What We're Looking ForBackground in ad sales, media, or sponsorship sales — this is required, not preferredProven ability to sell value and experience, not just price pointsA confident self-starter who can own a pipeline without hand-holdingStrong communicator who leads with outcomes, not featuresWhy This Role Is DifferentYou're not placing banners. This role is fully remote.QualificationsStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience in sponsorship acquisition, event planning, and partnership managementUnderstanding of branding, marketing principles, and event promotion strategiesProficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying potential sponsor opportunitiesAbility to collaborate across teams and maintain professional client relationshipsProven ability to create compelling proposals and presentationsOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with the St. Pete/Clearwater community and cultural landscape is a plus
