ESOP AttorneyOur client, a nationally recognized leader in ESOP trustee services, is seeking an experienced ESOP Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated ESOP transactions, litigation matters, and Department of Labor investigations while collaborating with a team of highly regarded professionals in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal support for a broad range of ESOP transactions and fiduciary matters.Apply knowledge of ERISA and tax laws in structuring and advising on ESOP-related transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents.Support litigation matters and Department of Labor investigations, including legal research, strategy development, and preparation of motions, briefs, and filings.Communicate effectively with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.Attend conferences and training to maintain expertise in the ESOP field.Travel occasionally as needed.QualificationsJuris Doctorate required.Minimum of 7 years of professional legal experience.Strong background in ERISA law, with exposure to ESOPs preferred.Litigation experience desirable but not required.Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Experience in negotiations and contract drafting.Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Full-time, in-office commitment.What Our Client OffersOpportunity to work on cutting-edge ESOP transactions and litigation matters with a respected industry leader.Collaborative team environment with attorneys, valuation analysts, and trust professionals.Competitive compensation package including:Base salaryTwo bonus programs401(k) plan with employer matchComprehensive health benefitsAdditional fringe benefitsAll bar association dues and continuing legal education expenses covered.No hourly billing or timekeeping requirements.#MISC123
