Fully Remote | Base $200–250K | Y1 OTE $500–600K | Uncapped Commission Futura Energy Group, in partnership with a leading independent power producer, is deploying utility- and commercial-scale battery energy storage and hybrid projects across North America. Were looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead the commercial charge: someone with deep, trusted relationships at the executive level across data center developers, cloud providers, and AI infrastructure platforms and the deal-making experience to turn those relationships into long-term structured energy agreements. This is an infrastructure mandate at the intersection of two of the most capital-intensive growth stories of the decade. What Youll Own Design and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting large-scale digital infrastructure operators — hyperscale cloud, AI compute, enterprise data center developers Originate structured energy solutions aligned to customer priorities: power certainty, resiliency, peak shaving, renewable firming, and long-term cost control Build a multi-year pipeline tied to data center expansion roadmaps and load growth forecasts Deal Execution Convert C-suite relationships into contracted revenue capacity agreements, tolling structures, co-located storage, hybrid PPAs Navigate long sales cycles with sophisticated, highly capable counterparties Maintain margin discipline throughout complex commercial negotiations Organizational Build Define vertical segmentation across hyperscale, AI infrastructure, enterprise cloud, and digital operators Build and lead a specialized commercial team; instill pipeline discipline, forecasting rigor, and accountability Partner with development, engineering, and trading to ensure solutions are executable and bankable Report to executive leadership with board-level clarity on MW secured, contracted revenue, and gross margin What You Bring Proven senior sales leadership (10+ years) in digital infrastructure, data center leasing, colocation, hyperscale, cloud services, enterprise IT/networking, or similar high-tech infrastructure sectors Track record of driving multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue growth and consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a rapidly scaling environment Experience selling to large enterprise, cloud, or hyperscale customers; ability to build and sustain trusted relationships at the C-suite level Deep understanding of data center value propositions: power, space, cooling, high-density compute, connectivity, inference, and cloud enablement — and how operators underwrite infrastructure cost and risk If youve spent years building relationships at the intersection of power and digital infrastructure, and you know how to structure energy solutions that solve real operational problems for large-scale buyers this is the platform to do it at scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
