This leadership position demands a professional with over 15 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or business transformation, and a proven track record in leading category strategies and sourcing across various spend categories. The role requires deep negotiation and contract management skills, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing category management organization. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include partnering with business unit leaders to understand demand, embedding supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation into sourcing strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement platforms, be familiar with supplier diversity and ESG initiatives, and possess a passion for live entertainment and culinary innovation.
