Cashier/Front of House

Located on Navigation Blvd, we are a neighborhood burger stand that emphasizes: 1) care towards the food we serve, 2) hospitality and service, 3) and engaging programming. We are seeking someone who is guest oriented and passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a cashier, you serve as the face of Boo's Burgers, and set the tone for how customers and the community engage with the brand. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance customer interactions. Pay: - $13 Base - includes tip share - bi-weekly payroll - eligible for an annual performance-based bonus Responsibilities: - Providing an exemplary guest experience (including but not limited to answering guest questions, attending to guest needs, having a positive attitude) - Willingness to learn about products and provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Process guest transactions (taking order, processing payments, etc) efficiently - Detailed knowledge of menu and specials - Ensure FOH inventory (cups, napkins, drinks, etc) remains stocked - Maintain cleanliness of shop, patio and surrounding area Job Requirements: - positive attitude - organized - team player - multi-tasker - listener - show up on time ready to work - work on feet for 10 hr shifts - ability to lift up to 50 lbs - available 11am - midnight 4 shifts/week - work 20-30 hrs / week - food handler's card Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
