Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Specialist based in Houston, TX. The Installation Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining state-of-the-art security systems for residential and commercial customers. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, testing system functionality, educating customers on system usage, and ensuring seamless and professional service delivery. This position requires adherence to company safety standards and a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications Experience in Security System Installation, System Configuration, and MaintenanceTechnical skills in Troubleshooting, Diagnostics, and TestingStrong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical usersBasic understanding of wiring and electronics, including proficiency with hand toolsAttention to detail and commitment to delivering quality serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and reliable transportationPhysical ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in electronics or related fields are a plusPrevious experience in the security industry or similar technical installation roles is preferred but not required
