Summary:
The Service Technician position performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in HVAC or refrigeration repair/replacement and maintenance of commercial building equipment. Work requires exercising technical independence in determining appropriate work methods and procedures. Assignments are received through electronic communication, orally, or through written instructions. This position reports to the Service Operations Manager and is eligible for overtime.

What You Will Be Doing:
Able to fulfill requested dispatched service calls to customer’s satisfaction
Compile completed field service work order data for invoicing
Knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing emergency equipment issues
Collaborate as necessary with the Service Operations Manager to complete service calls
Follow up with customers to ensure the satisfaction of completed job prior to vacating the facility
Monitor and inspect equipment to identify necessary maintenance, improvements, and repairs
Fulfill any other requested service needs with the goal of supporting the department
Markets: Health Care Services, Hospitality, High Rises, Property Management, Retail, Grocery and Restaurant experience recommended
Maintains a good Driving Record
Perform additional tasks needed to support the business

Education/Experience:
Proven successful HVAC or refrigeration experience
High school diploma/GED preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license
Oregon and Washington electrical licenses
EPA certification

Ability to drive an automobile and a valid driver’s license
