Litigation Attorney

Ankuda, Stadler & Moeller Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced litigation attorney to work in its Cleveland, Ohio office. Qualified candidate will have three (3) to seven (7) years' experience in civil litigation. Additional experience in insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage litigation, construction and/or product liability litigation a plus. Qualified candidate must have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.ResponsibilitiesDrafting pleadings, discovery, and corresponding with Judges, attorneys, and insurance claims professionalsAttending court hearingsManaging all phases of written discovery, including detailed analysis of injury claimsTaking and defending depositions of parties and witnessesTotal case management and development of litigation strategyAlternative dispute resolutionResearching legal issues, complex coverage questions, and completing formal legal opinionsEvaluating personal injury claimsCollaboration with Litigation ParalegalsReviewing employment, financial and tax recordsManagement and coordination of all phases of litigated case filesCandidate must be licensed in Ohio.
