Proposal Manager

We’re seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Grid Solutions FACTS and Capacitor projects.Responsibilities:Develop, edit, and write original sales proposals and related documents to ensure feasibility and competitiveness.Collaborate with our global team in Germany to assemble complete bid packages for customers.Gain and maintain a deep understanding of industry structure, applications, terminology, trends, and issues.Identify and comprehend customers' business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements.Align Energy products, solutions, and services with customers’ business objectives.Validate and endorse the technical aspects of bid solutions.Collaborate with the supply chain to manage sub-supplier quotes.Employ critical thinking to resolve high-impact, complex, and cross-functional issues.Understand the Grid Solutions Utility market, including customer needs, opportunities, and competition.Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required; BS in Electrical Engineering preferred, Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field; experience with Grid Solutions Utilities is preferred.Proven track record in setting up and executing self-perform work.Experience in building and delivering large-scale programs.Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to balance customer and business requirements effectively.We look forward to your application!
