As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our systems infrastructure and seeking an experienced Operations Administrator with advanced Salesforce expertise to help scale and optimize our operational backbone. Position Overview This role is ideal for a systems-driven professional who thrives in Salesforce and enjoys improving processes across departments. The Operations Administrator will serve as the primary operational support resource for Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and user management, while also supporting payroll coordination, compliance workflows, and financial processes. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure our systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Core Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Optimization (Primary Focus) Own day-to-day Salesforce data integrity across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activity tracking Design, build, and refine reports and dashboards for Operations and Leadership Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions in coordination with system administration Perform data audits, duplication, validation, and structured updates Support workflow improvements and field optimization Assist with data imports/exports and system updates Document processes and support ongoing system enhancements Operational & Cross-Functional Support Coordinate payroll inputs and timekeeping submissions Support new hire setup and employee status updates Manage background screening initiation and employment verifications Oversee business application access and user provisioning Review and reconcile expense reports and corporate card activity Identify and implement process improvements across departments Qualifications Required Experience: 3+ years in operations, sales operations, HR operations, or business systems administration with strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including: Report and dashboard creation Data maintenance and record management User access management Workflow/process improvement within Salesforce Experience supporting payroll or timekeeping systems (Paychex preferred) Experience working with business systems and cross-functional teams Must be Bilingual Preferred: Experience in multi-site or logistics environments Familiarity with background screening platforms Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities Key Skills: Strong systems thinking and process orientation High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Clear communication and documentation skills Work Environment & Benefits Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Paid time off KANN Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer committed to maintaining a professional and inclusive workplace.
