Construction Project Manager

*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through meticulous planning, coordination, and management of resources, schedules, and budgets. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. *Responsibilities* * Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budgets, and schedules. * Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities. * Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling expenditures, and preparing accurate cost estimates utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools. * Oversee procurement processes including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with construction regulations. * Coordinate construction schedules with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and milestones. * Review blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings such as Civil 3D files to verify accuracy and feasibility before project execution. * Supervise on-site activities by managing teams in a construction management role, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed according to plans. * Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases. * Utilize construction management software like ProCore or Prolog for documentation control, progress tracking, and communication among stakeholders. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly. * Lead project meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates on schedule status, budget health, and risk mitigation strategies. * Manage change orders effectively while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved to minimize delays or cost overruns. *Experience* * Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish. * Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, scheduling (including Primavera P6), and project coordination. * Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and environmental compliance requirements. * Hands-on experience with construction site operations including blueprint reading, managing complex schedules, and supervising field teams. * Familiarity with industry-standard project management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Primavera P6/Primavera P3/Prolog. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. * Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
