Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Franchise Owners, Managers, Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT), and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in the Greater Harrisburg Area. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, delivering outstanding patient care, and fostering an exceptional patient experience. Franchise Owners and Managers will oversee operational, financial, and employee management tasks, while DPTs and PTAs will focus on providing comprehensive therapeutic care, implementing treatment plans, and assisting patients in their recovery and wellness goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to all positions for driving business growth and promoting patient outcomes. Qualifications Experience in Franchising and a strong understanding of franchise operationsProficiency in Training and Recruiting to develop and maintain a skilled teamProven ability in Sales with a focus on achieving business growth goalsCustomer Service experience to ensure a positive and supportive patient experienceStrong leadership, organizational, and management skillsAbility to operate independently while fostering teamwork and connectionCurrent licensure or certifications for applicable roles (DPT, PTA, or other relevant qualifications)Passion for providing exceptional care and building patient relationships
