Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You’ll Be DoingSupport daily scale operations while working closely with drivers and plant teams to ensure efficient site activityOperate the scale system to accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucksAccurately enter and manage tickets and records in the scale system while maintaining clear and timely documentationProvide courteous, efficient customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor site traffic flow and communicate with the plant team to support safe operationsFollow established procedures and safety standards to support compliance and quality expectationsWhat Are We Looking ForStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsCapability to learn site systems, tools, and weighing proceduresEffective communication skills with customers, drivers, and team membersComfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesCommitment to safety, reliability, and high-quality workBackground in dispatch, logistics, customer service, or administrative roles is a plusWork EnvironmentThis position operates in an aggregates facility with both office and outdoor interaction.
