Business Support Analyst
Provides administrative, logistical, and coordination support to enable effective meeting management, client engagement, document governance, and execution of both routine and high profile events. This role supports day to day client logistical operations as well as large conferences and forums, ensuring seamless coordination, strong follow through, and consistent communication across stakeholders.Supporting the Business Support Manager with coordinating and tracking all aspects of meetings and events, from scheduling and logistics to calendar management and conference room bookings. The role also involves providing regular updates, supporting executive and client engagements, and managing a high volume of details and communications. Additional duties include tracking action items and deliverables, maintaining thorough records and documentation, preparing meeting materials, and organizing shared drives for accessibility.
