You'll work across the stack, collaborate closely with product and design, and contribute to features that directly impact enterprise customers.Ship production-grade software across Compa's web app and backend systemsSolve real problems for enterprise compensation teams—from data pipelines to user experience2+ years of experience shipping production software in a collaborative environment~ Strong proficiency in at least one modern web development language or framework~ Comfortable working across the stack or specializing in either frontend or backend~ Experience working on data-driven products or complex user workflowsInterest or experience in AI systems or ML infrastructure (a plus, not a requirement)Backend : Django, PythonFrontend : React, TypeScript, GraphQLInfrastructure : AWSBI-Remote
