The person in this role will be primarily responsible for the travel function.What You’ll DoServe as company subject matter expert and trainer for travel and expenseReview and process employee expense reports in ConcurCoordinate with employees and Program Managers to ensure expense reports are completed correctly and in accordance with company and Joint Travel Regulations policiesTrack outstanding expense reports to ensure employees and approvers are actioning outstanding reportsAdminister in-house and third party applications to ensure data flows between Concur and Deltek CostpointImport expense report into Deltek Costpoint and prepare for postingCoordinate with AP specialist to ensure payments are made timely to employeesSubmit payments to vendorsCoordinate with travel booking agent and other travel account managersProvide standard and ad hoc reports to management as neededRequirements And QualificationsAssociate's degree in accounting is preferred.
