RISE UP with us by incorporating our values every day.RespectIntegrityServiceEmpathyUnderstandingProfessionalismIntervention, Inc., a Colorado non-profit, provides services within the criminal justice system across the state of Colorado including sobriety monitoring (UAs/BAs), electronic monitoring, probation supervision and community corrections.We Offer: Commitment to employee training and career growthOpportunity to make a difference while gaining experience in the criminal justice fieldMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k) retirement program with generous company match and immediate vestingPaid holiday, vacation and sick timePay incentive for bilingual (Spanish/English)Intervention is a qualified employer under the public service student loan forgiveness (PSLF) programOVERVIEWAssist Case Managers with routine paperwork, verifies client job searches, data entry, intake set up for new clients, and general clerical duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.Reflect Intervention Inc.'s commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect.Maintain confidentiality of client and company informationComplete written reports concerning clientsCreate scheduled events for new intakes in Etrac (electronic database)Verify job search form for all clients via telephone, record results in Etrac, inform case managers of negative results and distribute forms to case managersVerify DNA and Restitution through Probation, enter results into EtracVerify VRA cases through probation or the DA, notify case manager if a victim is registered, forward any contact information received, as neededEnter client data into electronic database accurately, timely and completelyComplete clerical and filing duties as directed by the Case Management SupervisorCommunicate and interact professionally with all outside agencies and employersCommunicate information to other internal staff timely, accurately and completelyMonitor drug and alcohol tests as requiredAssist case management and administrative staff with clerical tasks and data entry as requested.Assist in case manager facilitated groups as requiredMay pick up clients at jailDrive personal car to court, jail and/or other sites as required, including in adverse weatherAttend required trainings and meetings, and apply skills and knowledge.Regular and predictable attendanceMay audit case manager filesGood steward of Company human, financial and capital resources.Participate effectively as a team member through communication, cooperation, information sharing and problem solving.Any other tasks or duties as assigned.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEAssociate's degree (AA) or equivalent from accredited two-year college or technical school; AND six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.QUALIFICATIONSAbility to enter data, generate reports and create communications from variety of software programs and databasesUnderstanding of basic professional office standards and skillsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to remain calm in stressful situationsKnowledge of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Company staff, stakeholders, and with diverse client base.Must pass a criminal history record check through the Division of Criminal Justice.Title: Case Management AidePay:$19.06 hourlyHours: Monday-Friday; 7am-5:30pmLocation:Pueblo, CO Click here to learn more about Intervention Inc or go to www.int-cjs.org/employmentPLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERSYou should receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes of completing the application.
