Product Manager

An exciting Product Manager opportunity is available supporting plastic film products. This role serves as the primary point of contact between vendors and customers, combining project coordination, relationship management, and commercial growth across the product lifecycle.This is a hybrid position with some travel and is best suited for a professional who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required), highly communicative, and comfortable translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main contact for vendors and customersManage day-to-day communication and build long-term relationshipsCoordinate and track projects to ensure timely deliverySupport pricing, production, and logistics discussionsGather customer feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and service qualityQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (engineering or technical background a plus)Strong customer-facing and project coordination experienceExcellent communication skills across multiple channelsFluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is requiredAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesExperience with international trade, manufacturing environments, or SAP/HANA is a plus
