This role establishes standards for operational clarity, efficient execution, and scalable systems, working closely with an Airtable builder to understand client and user needs and translate them to Airtable implementation. The lead collaborates with Airtable builders, other producers, and team leaders to drive overall project and relationship success. The lead is also an account strategist with extensive marketing industry experience.AS A PERSON, YOU AREFluent in Airtable, with deep experience as a front-end user or builderSkilled in detailed project scoping, accurate budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline developmentExperienced in forecasting and optimizing team utilization across multiple workstreamsCapable of influencing stakeholders and facilitating decisions without direct authorityFluent in project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, and SmartsheetExpert in advanced project planning, managing scope, controlling budget and scope creep, and conducting complex scope negotiations with clientsIN THIS ROLE, YOU WILLClient Partnership (15%): Anticipate client needs, envision solutions, and manage complex scope or technical conversationsBusiness Management (10%): Influence client decisions, align work with broader business goals, and maintain project reporting through internal operations and forecasting toolsProgram Management (60%): Manage day-to-day operations across scopes, budgets, timelines, and resourcing. Lead delivery strategy and execution, interpret briefs, and evolve delivery processes and department best practices. Serve as escalation point for risks or blockers, and ensure project profitabilityPeople Management (15%): Drive team accountability and ownership for delivery quality and consistencyEXPERIENCE YOU NEED3+ years recent experience using Airtable6+ years of client management and production or delivery leadership experience in an agency or studio environmentDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale programsBachelor's degree in project management, operations, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)Skilled in project scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, forecasting, and managing complex timelinesNICE TO HAVEKnowledge of other project management, time tracking, communication, and knowledge management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Slack, and NotionKnowledge of general business tools such as Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Miro, etc.DEPARTMENT ORGReporting: Reports to Head of Accounts or Account DirectorCollaboration: Works directly with clients, producers, and cross-functional teams to support Airtable implementation projectsLeadership: Leads delivery processes and best practices; may mentor other team members but does not have formal people management responsibilitiesWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSUsing standard office equipment, computers, and related technologyCertain activities performed in an environmentally controlled office setting with extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouseBending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 poundsTravel expected up to 25%Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model; work occurs remotely two days/week and in the office three days/week.
