Senior Account Executive - Large & Complex Commercial Lines
Davies Talent Solutions is partnering with an independent insurance firm to support their search for an experienced Account Executive professional with a focus on Large & Complex Commercial Lines.Key Responsibilities:Client Service and ManagementServe as a trusted risk management partner to a portfolio of large commercial clients, many with premiums up to $15-20MEnsures complete delivery of all client service activities by leading all aspects of service, such as renewals, coverage analysis, policy endorsements, audits, and claims coordinationCreate and present detailed proposals and analyses to clients and prospectsCommercial Lines ExperienceMaintains a deep understanding of complex coverages, including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Umbrella/Excess, Cyber, and Specialty linesEstablished relationships with key carriers and collaborating with underwriters to negotiate optimal termsManaging the marketing and placement of new and renewal businessBusiness SupportStay focused on market trends, industry regulations, and emerging risks relevant to operationsIdentify opportunities for coverage enhancements, risk mitigation, and program optimizationLeadership OpportunitiesConsistent mentorship of junior team members while contributing to departmental best practicesCoordinate with and often lead internal teams, including Producers, Account Executives, and the Claims group, to ensure a seamless client serviceQualifications and ExperienceValid Property & Casualty Insurance license within the state of New Jersey (required)10+ years’ experience in managing large commercial accounts within a brokerageProficiency in Applied Epic (preferred)Additional Certifications (i.e., CIC, AINS, CPCU, AU, ARM, CRM, CRIS, TRIP, CISR, etc.) (preferred)Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage complex accounts and competing demands with precision and calmHighly self-directed professional who thrives with autonomy and takes full ownership of responsibilities and outcomesProactive, service-oriented mindset, anticipating client needs and addressing issues before they escalateWhat The Client Offers:$150K-$200K+ Discretionary BonusFurther Education Opportunities with Certification ReimbursementHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Benefits401(k) Plan20 Days of PTO + 9 HolidaysHybrid Work Flexibility (1-day WFH)Free Onsite Gym and Café on Premises
