The Professional Customer Service and Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our valued professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. This role supports every stage of the customer journey, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, safe loading, and expert product recommendations tailored to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers to proactively drive sales. Utilize product knowledge and loyalty programs to offer personalized recommendations. Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and share specialized knowledge on paint and products. Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to support in-store sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Address and resolve delivery issues while communicating Home Depot's advantages over competitors. Support store objectives by monitoring inventory and executing sales initiatives. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations, depending on customer needs.
