Don't wait any longer to join our CES Team today!SummaryUnder general supervision, the HVAC Service Dispatcher will maximize resources, productivity, and profitability by supporting the operations management team. Additionally, the Service Dispatcher will collaborate with the Field Supervisor and Service Manager to ensure all technical service work has been completed in a reasonable time and to our customer's satisfaction.Essential DutiesReceive customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service, and dispatch technicians as neededRequest and manage permitting, liens, and notaryEnsure work has been performed to the customer's expectations and provides customer follow up as neededAnswer customer inquiries and resolves or escalate customer issues, as neededReconcile all service requests daily upon completion of the service jobProvided follow-up on activities to ensure service will be completed within the expected timelineProvide Technicians with service repair estimates as neededProvide the customer with immediate quotes for any unexpected labor and/or costs that may occurFollow-up with the customer on proposals extra work Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractorsParticipates in business review meetings by preparing and discussing critical account information pertinent to current profitability status and customer satisfaction. Researches and follows up on questions identified during monthly business reviewEnsures that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date in Sage ManagementAim to keep all customers satisfied, both external and internal. Contact the customer within 24hrs of service completion to confirm the issue has been resolved to meet 100% guest satisfactionOrder all maintenance material and repair parts as neededEscalate issues to appropriate individuals for timely follow-up as required. May require direct interaction with customers for a follow-up to secure purchase orders and/or meet special invoicing needs.Verify that all work orders have the correct billing information such as; rates, materials, miscellaneous charges, etc., before sending to Accounting for closureForward all field generated sales lead to the appropriate Salesperson or Supervisor Experience / EducationMinimum of five years of service-related experience, managing service operations, and/or service scheduling. High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree preferredQualifications, Skills, And AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
