WelderThe position involves primarily MIG welding on steel and aluminum, with approximately 80% of work focused on aluminum. While TIG welding is present, the primary focus is on MIG. The work involves creating scales for various applications, including military contracts. The welding tasks require a decent appearance, though perfection is not necessary. Large parts may be involved, but hoists and tables are available to assist in handling them. While steel-toed boots are recommended, they are not mandatory. Dress code is casual with jeans and a T-shirt, and the work might get a bit dirty. The shop provides a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks during the day.
