Construction Superintendent (Traveling)

Job Description We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee commercial construction projects onsite as the lead construction member for us the General Contractor.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from scheduling to built per plans, code and specsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, sub contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to code, plans and specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in construction management or other related fieldsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedOnsite construction supervision experience requiredVisible Construction offers a solid company with an experienced project team that holds the Superintendent position in high regard.Full time position.
