In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting our physicians and delivering excellent care to our young patients and their families.Your day-to-day will include performing routine laboratory tests, analyzing specimens, and ensuring accurate and timely results. You'll help maintain laboratory equipment, follow quality control procedures, and adhere to all safety guidelines to keep our lab running smoothly and efficiently.You'll also document findings carefully and collaborate closely with our physicians, helping supply the diagnostic information they need to make informed decisions. If you enjoy working in a supportive, patient-focused environment where your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to meet you!QualificationsProficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory MedicineStrong Laboratory Skills, including handling, analyzing, and processing specimensExperience with Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of test resultsKnowledge of Laboratory Equipment operation, maintenance, and calibrationStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a healthcare environmentCertification or eligibility for certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
