Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Supervisor/Shift Lead to support our Store Manager in leading the team at Solana Beach shop. The Shift Leader will help ensure the smooth operation of the store, focusing on customer satisfaction, staff supervision, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to grow their leadership skills in a fun and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Support Store Operations: Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, and organization, ordering and tagging and putting inventory away. Staff Supervision: Assist in, training and supervising store employees to ensure the Crew Members are executing our core values with each customer. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and assist in addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Sales & Marketing: Support the implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze sales performance. Financial Management: Help with regular financial reporting and analysis. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or food service management, preferably in a frozen yogurt or similar environment. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and develop a team. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Technical Skills: Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
