The provider will perform interventional pain procedures including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar ESI and MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks and RFA, intercoseal nerve blocks, and piriformis injections. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with office call coverage after hours and on weekends, and the provider will float between the ambulatory clinic and OR space as needed. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, coordinating diagnostic and treatment procedures, supervising and instructing staff, participating in quality assurance activities, serving as faculty for trainees, complying with all regulatory standards, maintaining professional and respectful interactions with patients and staff, and applying knowledge of growth and development to care for patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.White-glove licensing and credentialing assistanceRf: A
