M&A Attorney - Minnesota Licensed

A company is looking for an M&A Attorney - Global Transactions to join its in-house legal team on a long-term contract basis. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents and ancillary agreements for complex national and international M&A transactions Work closely with the Division GC/Head of M&A on structuring and executing acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance considerations, including antitrust and foreign direct investment issues Required Qualifications 8+ years of sophisticated M&A and corporate transactional experience Experience at a top-tier U.S. law firm or M&A boutique, with meaningful in-house experience preferred Demonstrated experience working on complex domestic and cross-border transactions Strong background advising on regulatory and compliance considerations related to transactions Significant drafting and negotiation experience across a broad range of M&A and strategic commercial agreements
