Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.Overview of Position:Cashier is responsible for providing efficient, friendly service to Krispy Kreme patrons, as well as maintaining a professional store appearance, in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to reflect the high standards that Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation has set.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Answering questions and providing courteous service to customersTaking and completing orders accurately and efficientlyPolitely engaging in suggestive selling techniquesAccepting payment for product and delivering correct changeInspecting product for quality according to Krispy Kreme company standardsPreparing all ingredients necessary for doughnut processing (glaze, fillings and icings - using the correct formula) **Restocking products to guarantee freshnessUnloading delivery trucksFollow procedures and company standards as outlined in the Krispy Kreme Retail and Processing Specialist Training WorkbooksAnswer telephone in a timely manner and utilize Krispy Kreme greeting proceduresOffer product samples to customers at GM's discretionOther miscellaneous duties as assignedPerforming sanitation duties in order to maintain an internal and external clean, safe, and sanitary shop.
