Training Operations Associate

Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Training Operations Associate IV to support the delivery of training programs through accurate data management and operational execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring training records are processed efficiently, systems are maintained accurately, and reporting supports business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Data Management & ProcessingManage end-to-end processing of training roster submissionsRetrieve and manage files through secure FTP systemsValidate data for accuracy and completenessPerform bulk uploads and updates within SalesforceResolve data discrepancies with internal teams and external partnersEnsure timely and accurate tracking of all training activitiesData Governance & ReportingMaintain accuracy and integrity of training data across systemsPerform data analysis, cleansing, and transformation using Excel and SalesforceMonitor data flows and identify inconsistenciesBuild and maintain reports and dashboardsProvide insights into training volume, performance, and trendsSupport forecasting and operational decision-makingOperational CoordinationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, instructors, and system ownersEnsure processes are followed consistently and documented clearlyIdentify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancementsAct as a central resource for training operations supportQualifications Required:Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including working with standard objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases)Experience with bulk data uploads, record management, and reporting in SalesforceAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, analysis)Experience working with FTP/SFTP systems or similar file transfer toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage high-volume data in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or training operationsFamiliarity with reporting tools and dashboardsExposure to Jira or similar ticketing systemsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceKey Details:Job Title: Training Operations Associate IVLocation: RemoteSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Temp-to-HireSalary range: $65,000 – $70,000 annuallyCompensation is based on experience, skills, and qualificationsBenefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
