Customer Service / Digital Print Production
Knowledge / Experience with Print / Copy or Sign production is helpful.
This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.
You will be responsible for entering orders into our management software, which we will train you how to use. Duties will also include, but are not limited to: custom project quoting, customer correspondence through the order process, vendor relations, filing and assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations when needed. Graphic Designer and Previous Print Experience is a Plus.
Customer Service Responsibilities
· Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner.
· Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
· Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
· Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company, soliciting only those desired products/services provided by the company and its vendors to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.
· Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
· Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Assist in producing and running digital copy equipment when necessary.
· Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
· Review estimates and invoices for accuracy.
Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
