What Youll Do: Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, lunches, and office logistics Support attorneys and administrative staff with day-to-day operational needs Prepare, proofread, and format documents with strong attention to detail Process expense reports, reimbursements, and track receipts Assist with phone coverage, visitor coordination, and meeting setup Maintain electronic files, contact records, and document management systems Help manage shifting priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment Core Tech & Skills: Administrative and office support experience Calendar management and scheduling coordination Expense reporting and travel coordination Microsoft Office Suite Document proofreading and formatting CRM and document management systems Strong organization and multitasking skills Ability to manage confidential information Professional written and verbal communication
