What Youll Do:
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, lunches, and office logistics
Support attorneys and administrative staff with day-to-day operational needs
Prepare, proofread, and format documents with strong attention to detail
Process expense reports, reimbursements, and track receipts
Assist with phone coverage, visitor coordination, and meeting setup
Maintain electronic files, contact records, and document management systems
Help manage shifting priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment
