Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice Location: Savannah, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,046 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS Description: Provides coordinated and directed home nursing care according to physician orders. Care is based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible for supervising and evaluating Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Home visits required along with periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. The average number of patients per day is 5-8. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-Up Visits. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient. No guaranteed hours with this contract. Clinician must meet weekly productivity expectations. Travel may be required up to 75 miles from the home clinic. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Must be open to on-call rotations as required. Candidates must confirm vehicle availability and insurance. Willingness to travel and accept all scheduled patients regardless of distance is essential. All clinicians are required to be proficient in specific EMR systems used within the last six months. Recent specialty experience is mandatory for all applicants.
