Deputy Program Manager (O&E PM)The Deputy Program Manager (O&E PM) will support day-to-day management of Outreach and Engagement activities, aligning strategies with mission to inform, support, and empower the military community. This leader will manage communications personnel, digital content delivery, brand development, and campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Task 2 performance, personnel, and stakeholder relationshipsLead development and execution of user-focused communications strategiesCoordinate branding, content development, web/social media operationsMonitor performance metrics and optimize digital engagement campaignsServe as primary point of contact for all O&E-related mattersRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field8+ years managing government or enterprise communications initiatives5+ years leading digital strategy, PR, branding, and media operationsExperience with CMS platforms, ad campaign strategy, and UX testing (desired)Plateau does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a signed third-party agreement.
