Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas and we’re looking to add a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to our team.We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in electrical work. They will oversee the business’s essential assets, including but not limited to, HVAC units, plumbing system, minor machinery repairs, painting, electrical, lighting systems. Meet with contractors to discuss projects, submit quotes to management.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance supervisor will perform the following tasks:Regularly inspect the facility to identify work that needs to be completedCoordinate all installation, maintenance and repair workPrepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate workParticipate in the hiring process, pprove timecards, schedule overtime, & evaluate staff annuallyAble to conduct basic preventative maintenance tasksReplacing light bulbs, painting walls, floors, ceilings., changing HVAC filtersPerform electrical maintenance, repairs, including circuit breakers, wiring and control panelsEnsure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulationsBasic carpentryInstall or repair minor equipment as neededCollaborate with other workers including managers and professionalsMaintain janitorial inventory and work with purchasing to replenish as neededLocal Travel is required 50% of the timeOther job duties may be assigned by managerQualificationsPrevious supervisory experience preferred but not requiredExcellent planning & leadership abilitiesOrganized, detailed oriented, able to problem solve and overcome obstaclesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalKnowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols, ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematicsMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repairsMust be able to work in confined areas and in high areas (rooftop, scissor lift)The ability to work independently, able to work well with co-workers and is self-motivatedBasic PC skills including Microsoft productsMust have a valid driver’s licenseComplies with all OSHA general safety rulesEducation And/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentThis Full-time Position Includes The Following BenefitsMedical coverageDental and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401k saving plan, with company matchPaid VacationPaid Holidays
