Team members work closely with clients to deliver reliable, customized security solutions.Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for organizing and tracking security and fire system projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules with technicians and installers, preparing project documentation, updating project status, and communicating with customers and internal teams. The Project Coordinator will assist with ordering materials, managing work orders, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and supporting compliance with industry and safety standards. This role also involves resolving routine project issues, escalating risks when needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes.Qualifications Project coordination and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and task trackingCustomer service and communication skills to support clear, professional interactions with clients and internal teamsBasic understanding of security, fire alarm, access control, or CCTV systems (or strong willingness to learn)Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management or CRM systems)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ and collaborate effectively with field and office staffHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in project management or security systems are a plusPrior experience in project coordination, construction, low-voltage, or related technical service environments is beneficial
