Consultant, Franchise DevelopmentJob DetailsDescriptionJob Title: Franchise Development ConsultantThe Franchise Development Consultant - Account Executive position located in Denver, CO offers an opportunity for someone who enjoys having the independence to work proactively to assist franchisees grow their mortgage brokerages. This position serves as a client relations executive for an assigned number of Motto franchised offices, assisting with franchise set-up, franchisee training and coaching, office compliance, technical portfolio adoption and attending industry events. This position requires up to 15% travel to office locations and industry events.Qualifications:Mortgage industry experience requiredMinimum 3-5 years in the mortgage industry as a processor, loan originator assistant, loan originator, operations staff, etc. Retail, mortgage banking or secondary market roles should also apply.Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferredExperience/Skills:Knowledge of mortgage brokerage terminology and workflowUnderstanding of mortgage industry participants and processes such as processing, credit, wholesalers, etc.Proficiently deliver in person and web-based training on processes, technology products and industry contentAbility to identify account needs of franchisee based on start-up, growing or mature status of franchisee's businessStrong communication skills; coordinate and present training materialsSuccessful in building customer relationships and ability to provide premier customer serviceResponsibilities:Onboarding new franchiseesHiring & Retention of Loan OriginatorsProfitability (mortgage brokerage efficiency)On-going relationship managementFinancial analysisStandard Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Technical/Functional Expertise: Has knowledge of the job, function, department and its impact on customers, continues to learn and grow, stays current on changes in process, policy and function, and fulfills responsibilities of the jobCustomer & Relationship Focus: Anticipates and delivers on customer needs, manages internal/external relationships, respectful of team, resolves problems, responds with tact and diplomacy, shares pride of the brand to customers, preserves the cultureDecision Quality: Makes sound decisions quickly, gathers information, considers long-term repercussions of decisions, is accountable for decisionsDrives for Results and Quality: Takes ownership of job assignments and productivity, takes initiative, focuses on the quality and quantity of results, sets priorities and meets deadlines and keeps management apprised of progressHire Range/Rate: $70,000 - $78,000Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
