PositionCashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler.SummaryAn Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe mannerTroubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflowIdentify and report any defects or issues at any given timeFollow safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized working environmentEffectively meeting production goals in a timely mannerCommunicating with other employees and supervisors as necessaryMay be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced AssemblersQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMust have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly processMust possess basic computer knowledgeMust have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principlesThe ability to communicate openly in a team environmentStrong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skillsCandidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks dailyRequirements:Cashco performs background checks and drug screens on all candidates as part of our pre- employment testing.Cashco is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
