Medical Assistant / Treatment Plan CoordinatorWindermere Medical Spa | Orlando, FLWindermere Medical Spa is seeking a polished, personable, and patient-focused Medical Assistant / Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing team.This is a unique hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on patient care and creating an elevated, luxury patient experience from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is organized, team-oriented, confident communicating with patients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.A background in aesthetics or medical spa experience is strongly preferred, but personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn are equally important.ResponsibilitiesRoom patients and assist providers during treatmentsCharting and documentationTake before & after photosReview aftercare instructions with patientsPresent treatment plans and discuss provider recommendationsHelp create a luxury, high-touch patient experienceFlip/reset treatment rooms between patientsAssist with scheduling, patient flow, and overall office supportLearn front office responsibilities including check-in/check-out and answering phonesSupport the team in maintaining an organized and welcoming environmentQualifications3+ years of experience preferred in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related environmentStrong patient care and customer service skillsProfessional, polished, and personable demeanorComfortable discussing treatment recommendations with patientsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced settingTeam-player mentality with a willingness to jump in where neededExperience with Zenoti preferredCMA/RMA certification preferred but not requiredScheduleFull-time2 late evenings per week (until 7pm)Minimum every other Saturday requiredCompensation$21$26/hour based on experienceIf you are passionate about aesthetics, patient experience, and helping patients feel confident and cared for, we would love to hear from you.
