The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, coordinating cleaning schedules, ensuring rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards, and managing a team of cleaning staff. The role requires collaboration with the hospitality team to deliver a seamless guest experience.QualificationsPrevious experience in housekeeping, Airbnb cleaning, hospitality, or residential cleaning preferredStrong understanding of detailed cleaning and property reset standardsFamiliarity with standard cleaning tools and supplies used in residential settingsAbility to perform minor touch-ups or report small maintenance needs to maintain property qualityHigh attention to detail and pride in delivering a guest-ready finishGood physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts)Strong communication skills and reliability when working with a teamStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and ability to travel between propertiesWeekend and holiday availability requiredAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periodsJoin us in creating clean, welcoming spaces that leave lasting impressions for every guest.
