Maintenance Supervisor

Extension is seeking a Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Fond du Lac County. This role is highly involved on the floor and focuses on equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical experience.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a small team of maintenance techniciansPerform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of production equipmentDevelop, implement, and improve a preventive maintenance (PM) programEnsure compliance with OSHA and general safety standardsSupport plant layout changes and equipment reconfigurationMaintain building electrical standardsOversee basic building and grounds maintenanceTroubleshoot and maintain equipmentPerform minor troubleshooting related to HVAC systemsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationOperate with a high level of independence and accountabilityQualificationsStrong hands-on mechanical maintenance backgroundExperience creating or improving preventive maintenance programsPrior maintenance leadership or lead-level experienceAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of OSHA and industrial safety standardsComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 based off experienceAnnual BonusPTOFull benefits packageBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
