Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Dispatch Coordinator to join our team on-site in Alpine, CA. The Dispatch Coordinator will handle daily scheduling and coordination of dispatch activities, ensuring efficient workflows and communication between departments. Responsibilities include monitoring active schedules, assigning tasks to field personnel, maintaining accurate records, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely service delivery. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Dispatching and coordinating activities effectivelyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teamsProven ability as a Skilled Multi-tasker, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Data Entry with strong attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with dispatch software and related tools is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challengesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant training are an advantage
