General Production Operator

Flowers Foods - - Responsibilities: Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.; Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s) and dough pump; operates one pocket and six pocket dividers; rounds and proofer.; Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and operators preventative maintenance.; Ensures that work area is clean and organized.; Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
