This role oversees the full process of tracking and tracing customer shipments handled by our transportation partners. Responsibilities include coordinating with field personnel and transportation companies to ensure the efficient transportation of U-Boxes. Duties Include: u00b7 Learning the U-Box supply chain logistical model. u00b7 Interacting with U-Haul field personnel via phone and email. u00b7 Interacting with transportation companies via phone and email. u00b7 Requesting and scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for our transportation companies. u00b7 Managing each assigned carrier accountu2019s shipments from pickup to delivery. u00b7 Updating systems used by U-Haul locations and our transportation partners. Requirements: u00b7 Confident and independent in decision making. u00b7 Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly. u00b7 Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel & Typing. u00b7 Must be detail oriented and organized. u00b7 Strong analytical and reasoning skills. u00b7 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. u00b7 Must be dedicated, dependable and reliable.
