This role is ideal for someone who thrives when working individually and with a small team. In this role you'll collaborate with customers, service technicians, and your onsite team to ensure calls are handled swiftly and accurately, and with exceptional service.Job Responsibilities Include:Making and taking phone calls, submitting various work ordersObtaining updates and status reports from technicians and subcontractorsUpdating customers on the status of the work and/or updating cloud-based customer websites with current and accurate detailsExperience/Skills Required:A minimum of two years of experience in customer service in an office setting.
