Registered Nurse (RN) Urgent
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting, utilizing their exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Participate in triage processes, identifying and prioritizing patient needs.
- Provide primary care and senior care services to patients with various health conditions.
- Support patients with behavioral health needs, utilizing behavioral interventions as necessary.
- Perform spinal taps and other invasive procedures under the guidance of a medical professional.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety.
- Administer tube feeding and other specialized treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Provide travel nursing services as needed, adapting to new environments and patient populations.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of patient records.
Experience:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is located.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong foundation in patient care and medical procedures.
- Proven experience in primary care, senior care, and behavioral health.
- Experience with airway management and tube feeding is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in an operating room setting, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Travel nursing experience is an asset, as is experience working with patients from diverse backgrounds.
