QA Analyst

A world-leading staffing and talent solutions company is seeking a skilled professional to join their team, working with a global technology powerhouse specializing in industrial automation and digital infrastructure.The Role Provide support and analysis for applications supported by Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams. Assist in the review/analysis of mitigating controls and gathering business requirements. Conduct QA testing for onboarding applications and certification initiation preparation. Support IT Risk and Compliance on application reconciliation and continuous monitoring. Serve as a liaison between engineers and business customers regarding IAM processes. Prepare and participate in audit walk-throughs and research audit inquiries.What You'll Need 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, governance, and compliance. Proficiency with SailPoint IIQ for basic navigation, workflows, and core IAM concepts. Experience with QA testing for IAM processes, executing test scripts, and validating changes. Ability to work with auditors, explain IAM processes, and support certifications. Advanced understanding of ITSM best practices and security frameworks (NIST, COBiT, ISO 27001).What's On Offer Opportunity for a long-term contract with potential for conversion to a full-time employee.
