Assistant Vice President, Data Analyst

Requirements 4+ years of experience with relational databases (such as Informix, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) 4+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (including Jasper, AWS Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI) Strong expertise in SQL query development and optimization Practical experience with shell/python scripting and version control systems like GIT Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools Understanding of AWS services (RDS, Athena, S3) Knowledge of columnar databases Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant certifications Responsibilities Explore, analyze, and document both structured and unstructured data from various systems Create impactful BI dashboards and reports along with automated data feeds for decision-makers Develop and fine-tune advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using techniques such as window functions, CTE, joins, and pivots Enhance performance through query optimization and database tuning Address and resolve data quality concerns to maintain accuracy and dependability Collaborate actively with business stakeholders to convert requirements into actionable insights Provide analytics that directly impacts strategy and operational excellence Take on additional tasks as assigned Company OTC Markets Group Inc., based in New York, is a leading operator of financial marketplaces in the U.S., dedicated to transforming how companies access the financial markets.
